General information
When clients communicate with bots in messengers and on social networks, they can send not only text messages but voice messages as well. The system automatically processes all voice messages and displays processing results.
The system processes a voice message immediately after a client sends it to the bot.
The audio parser functionality is used for the speech-to-text recognition not only in chats and calls but also when you teach your NLU agents phrases from audio files.
