On the side menu click Companies. As a result the Companies page will open.

This page contains financial information about your organization and your dependent companies.

Searching for companies

In case there are a lot of companies on the list, you can filter records you need or search for the necessary record by a company name or ID. You can also filter and search for the necessary records using financial information about a company (for example, its tax ID, etc.).

For this enter the necessary value in the search field at the top of the page. The results will be displayed automatically.

Searching for and filtering records are carried out on the basis of a complete or partial match (i.e., to display information about Twin partner (California), you need to enter any of the following: "Twin", "partner", "California", "Cali", etc.

Editing company information

On the Company page you can edit information about your company and companies that depend on using Twin services that you provided to them.

Editing information about your company 

To edit information about your company and specify payment details, click on the button in the line with the name of your company.

As a result the Edit company dialog window will open.

Do the following:

1. In the Company name field enter the name of your organization. This name will be displayed in the information area at the top right corner of the page.

2. In the Email address field enter the email address of your organization.

3. In the Phone field enter the phone number of your organization.

4. In the Employees section use the Register new user button to add new users who will have access to the organization's account on the Twin platform. To add a new user on the list you need to specify their name, email address and click Save.

When a new user is added, the system creates a new account. The specified email address is used as the login for the new user. The password is automatically generated by the system. Once the account is created, the system sends a registration notification to the specified email address.


5. In the Credit limit field specify the maximum credit amount that the company can use to have access to the Twin services.

6. In the Threshold for notification field specify the threshold for the system to send notification alerts to the company by e-mail when their account balance drops below the specified amount.

7. In the Time zone field select your time zone.

The system will use the selected time zone to set up the correct time in monthly reports.

8. In the Default value of the maximum number of dialogs for each operator field specify the maximum number of dialogues that the system can transfer to the operator. The default value is 3000.

9. In the Bank details section specify financial details that the system will use to create invoices:

  • Country
  • Registration number
  • Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR)
  • Tax number (VAT)
  • DUNS
  • Bank
  • ABA routing
  • Account
  • Company name
  • Receiver name


10) In the Legal address and Postal address fields enter the official address and email address of your company.

11) Click Save company to save changes.

Editing information about your dependent companies

To edit information about dependent companies and specify payment details choose the necessary record on the list and click .

Dependent companies are companies that use Twin services provided by your organization

As a result, the Edit Company window will open as shown below.


Do the following:

1. In the Company name field enter the name of your organization. This name will be displayed in the information area at the top right corner of the page.

2. In the Email address field enter the email address of your organization.

3. In the Phone field enter the phone number of your organization.

4. In the Employees section use the Register new user button to add new users who will have access to the organization's account on the Twin platform. To add a new user on the list you need to specify their name, email address and click Save.

Opening the users page of a dependent company

To open the users page of a dependent company choose the necessary record and click .

As a result a page with a list of users for the selected company will open.

Adding a new dependent company

Only organizations that act as resellers of Twin services can have dependent companies on the Twin platform.

Adding a registered company as dependent to the reseller account

To add a registered company as dependent to the reseller account, do the following:

As a result the name of the selected company will appear on the Companies page of the reseller's account.

Adding a new company as dependent to the reseller account

To add a new company as dependent to the reseller account, do the following:

  1. Click your unique domain link.

    Example of a domain link: https://domen.twin24.ai/register/.

  2. Register a new account for a new company.

As a result the name of the selected company will appear on the Companies page of the reseller's account.

Dependent companies cannot act as a reseller of Twin services and have their own dependent companies.
