On the Providers page, there is a list of registered mobile network operators.

Adding a new mobile network carrier

To add a new mobile network carrier, you need to create a request for technical support:

 1.  Open the Twin technical support page.

 2.  Go to the Customer Support section.

 3.  Click Telephony settings.

 4.  In the window that opens, provide the following information:

  • In the Company ID field, enter your organization ID.

Your organization ID is located in the upper right corner of the page.

  • In the Subject field, enter "Telephony Configuration".
  • In the Description field, enter that you want to register a new mobile network carrier.

 5.  Click Create.

Once your request is complete, a new mobile network carrier will appear in the Providers section.

Deleting a mobile network carrier

If you do not use a certain mobile network carrier, you can delete it. For this, you need to create a request for technical support.

The procedure for creating a request for technical support to delete a mobile network carrier is similar to that described in Adding a new mobile network carrier.
