Logging into the administrator account of a dependent company

Blocking user accounts
Чтобы заблокировать пользователя, выберите нужную запись в списке и нажмите кнопку

Отобразится окно Заблокировать пользователя, как показано на рисунке ниже.
В поле Комментарий введите причину блокировки пользователя.
Нажмите кнопку Заблокировать.
To block a user account, choose the necessary record and click in the respective line.
A dialog box for blocking user account will open.
In the Comments field enter the reason for blocking the user account and then click Block.
As a result the selected user account will be blocked. The user will not be able to log into their Twin account any moreВыбранный пользователь будет заблокирован. Личный кабинет пользователя будет недоступен.
Unblocking user accounts
Чтобы разблокировать пользователя, выберите нужную запись в списке и нажмите кнопку

В результате откроется окно Разблокировать пользователя, как показано на рисунке ниже.
В поле Комментарий введите желаемый комментарий.
Нажмите кнопку Разблокировать.
