Accessing the users page

On the side menu click Users. As a result the Users page will open.

The Users page contains a list of all users from your organization that have a registered account on the Twin platform.

If your organization is a reseller of Twin services and has dependent companies that are also registered on the Twin platform, then this page will also contain users that belong to dependent companies and have a registered account on the Twin platform.

Searching for users

In case there are a lot of users on the list, you can filter records you need or search for the necessary record by a user ID, name or Email address.

For this enter the necessary value in the search field at the top of the page. The results will be displayed automatically.


You can search for and filter records on the basis of a complete or partial match.

Adding new user accounts

To add a new user account, do the following:

 1.  Click Add new user at the top of the page.


 2.  In the Add new user to company dialog box do the following:

The Company field contains the name of your organization. You cannot change the value displayed in this field.

  • In the Last Name, First Name and Middle Name fields enter the full name of a new user.
  • In the Email field, enter the user email address.

User email addresses are used for authorization on the Twin platform.

  • In the Roles field select the necessary user role. The following roles are available:
    • Company administrator – a user who performs administrative functions such as creating and editing scripts, creating and managing call tasks, setting up telephony parameters, administering user accounts, configuring integrations with instant messengers and social networks, viewing statistics, etc.
    • Chat operator – a user who carries on communication with clients after the dialogue is transferred from the bot to the operator (for example, when a bot cannot answer the client's question).

 3.  Click Add to save changes.

At the bottom of the dialog box the username and password for the new user account will be displayed.


It is recommended to save the password for the new user account. If you close the dialog box and do not save the password, then you will need to recover the password.

4. Click Close

As a result the name of a new user will appear on the list.

Editing user accounts

To edit a user account, click in the necessary line.


As a result a dialog box for changing user data will open.


  • Make changes in the necessary fields.
  • If necessary in the Roles field add a new role for the selected user.

You can select the following roles: chat operator and company administrator.

  • In the Max number of dialogues field enter a maximum number of dialogs for a user with the chat operator role.

If multiple users with the chat operator role have different values ​​for this parameter, then the user with the larger value will deal with more dialogues (for example, if there are two users with 300 and 100 dialogues, then the first of them will deal with 3 dialogues out of 4, and the other one will deal with only 1 dialogue out of 4).

  • In the Auto logout after inactivity (seconds) field specify a timeout for the system to close user session.

 3.  To save changes click Save.

Logging into the administrator account of a dependent company

To log into the administrator account of a dependent company (for example, to change parameters of a call task or edit client message templates), choose the necessary record and click click in the respective line.


As a result you will be logged into the administrator account of the selected organization.

Blocking user accounts

To block a user account, choose the necessary record and click in the respective line.


A dialog box for blocking user account will open.


In the Comments field enter the reason for blocking the user account and then click Block.

As a result the selected user account will be blocked. The user will not be able to log into their Twin account any more.

Unblocking user accounts

To unblock a user account, choose the necessary record and click in the respective line.


A dialog box for unblocking user account will open.

In the Comments field enter the reason for unblocking the user account and then click Unblock.

As a result the selected user account will be unblocked. The user will be able to log into their Twin account again.
