General information

Twin platform allows companies and individuals to automate communication with their clients on the basis of speech-based voice bots and text-based chat bots.

Using Twin services you can create scripts for bots, manage inbound incoming and outgoing calls in your company, carry out online chat conversations with people and in web widgets, send messages to your clients via different communication channels like SMS, e-mail, web widgets, social networks, etc.

With On the Twin services platform you can do the following:

• Create and edit scripts for voice bots and chat bots
• Create script snapshots and keep track of changes to scripts using version history
• Set up telephony configuration to make calls with voice bots and send messages with chat bots
  
• Communicate with people your clients in messengers and on social networks
• Transfer conversations with your clients from bots to operators
• View statistics for the usage of voice bots and chat bots
• Register affiliated companies
• Create reports with detailed reportsstatistical information
  

Registering a Twin account

To use Twin services, you need to register a Twin account.

For this, do the following:

      1.   Go to the Twin registration page.

      2.   Type in your name, email address, and password.

      3.   Enter your phone number and select your time zone.

      4.   Select the checkboxes at the bottom of the page to agree with the terms and conditions and your personal data processing policy.

      5.   To finish, click Register.

In case the authorization is successful, the authorization page will open.

Logging in

To log in to your Twin account do the following:

1. Go to the Twin home page.

       2. Enter your email address and password. After that click Enter.

Recovering your password

If you forgot your password, you can easily recover it. For this do the following:

1. Open the Twin login page.
2. Click Forget password.

Image Removed      3. On the recovery page enter your email address and click Recover.

      4. An email will be sent to you with a link to recover your password. Click on the link in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.

Providing company information

Once you are logged in to your account, a window will open where you should provide basic information about your company and details that will be used in your invoices. You can also register employees who will have access to your personal account with administrator privileges.

To provide basic information about your company do the following:

• In the Name field specify the name of your company.
• In the Email field enter your email address.
• In the Phone field enter your contact phone number.
• In the Employees field use the Register new user to add new users, who will have access to your personal account with administrator privileges.
• In the Time zone field select your time zone.

• In the Default value of the maximum number of dialogs for each operator field specify a value that determines a maximum number of dialogs for each operator. By default 300 is set. If necessary change this value.

• In the right part of the window provide details that will be used in your invoices.
• In the Legal address and Postal address fields enter the legal and postal addresses of your company.
• To save changes click Save company.
