When you create names for CallerID Caller ID groups, use simple and concise words and phrases. Later this will help you to quickly find a necessary CallerID Caller ID group on the list. |
- In the Phone numbers section, click the New phone number button and then do the following:
In the first field, enter the phone number that will be displayed to the client on an incoming call.
In the second field, select the mobile network carrier that the system will use for outgoing calls.

If you specify the name of a caller ID group for the Definable phone number parameter in the call task settings and this group contains several phone numbers that belong to different mobile network carriers, then the receiver of a phone call will capture and display the phone number that belong to the same carrier you use to make a call. |

To change phone numbers in the Caller ID group, click 
for the necessary group on the page.
In the Change caller ID window, do the following:
To add a new phone number to the group, click the New phone number button, enter a phone number, and select the name of a carrier to which this number belongs.
To change a phone number in the group, click in the line with this phone number, make changes in the required fields and then click Save.
To delete a phone number from the group, click the
button.
