General information

Caller ID (also Caller ID) is an automatic number identification technology. On the Twin platform, this parameter refers to the caller identification service that allows the receiver of a phone call to capture and display the number of the phone that originated the call. This feature allows your clients to determine who make the call.

With caller ID groups, you can define phone numbers that are displayed to customers on incoming calls.

When you define this phone number, you must use a phone number registered with the same mobile network carrier that you use to make call (i.e., if you make calls with Megafon, then you should use a phone number that is registered with this mobile network carrier. Otherwise, the call may not succeed, the line may be busy or the client may be unavailable.

To work with Caller IDs, on the side menu click Telephony - CallerID groups. As a result, the CallerID groups page will open.

Otherwise, the call may not succeed, the line may be busy or the client may be unavailable).
