General information
When clients communicate with bots in messengers and on social networks, they can send not only text messages but voice messages as well. The system automatically processes all voice messages and displays detailed processing information in the administrator's officeprocessing results.

- Id – identifier of the voice message file (file IDs are used for integration with third-party services using the Twin API).
- Duration –duration of the voice message.
- Price –cost for recognizing a voice message (depends on the duration of a voice message).
- Created – date and time when the voice message file was created.
- Billed – date and time when the the voice message file was processed in the system.

При выборе даты нужно указать начальное время для отображения информации. При выборе периода вы задаете не только начальное, но и конечное время для отображения информации (указанное вами время распространяется не только на дату начала, но и на дату окончания выбранного периода). |
