  • In the Email field, enter the user email address.

  • In the Roles field select the necessary user role. The following roles are available:
    • Company administrator - a user who performs administrative functions such as creating and editing scripts, creating and managing call tasks, setting up telephony parameters, administering user accounts, configuring integrations with instant messengers and social networks, viewing statistics, etc.
    • Chat operator - a user who carries on communication with clients after the dialogue is transferred from the bot to the operator (for example, when a bot cannot answer the client's question).
