On the Templates for messages page, you can create message presets for chat operators. Operator can use these presets to quickly ask a client a necessary question or answer a client's question with a prepared phrase.
To create a new message template, do the following:
- Click New template at the top of the page.
- In the Create template dialog box, specify the name of a template and enter a predefined message.
- To save changes, click Create new template.
To edit a message template, do the following:
- Click Edit in the line of the necessary message template.
- In the Change template dialog box, make necessary changes and click Save template.
- To save changes, click Save template.
To delete a message template, do the following:
- Click Delete in the line of the necessary message template.
- Click OK to confirm deletion.
