On the Templates for messages page, you can create message presets for chat operators. Operator can use these presets to quickly ask a client a necessary question or answer a client's question with a prepared phrase.

To create a new message template, do the following:

  • Click New template at the top of the page.
  • In the Create template dialog box, specify the name of a template and enter a predefined message.


  • To save changes, click Create new template.

To edit a message template, do the following:

  • Click Edit in the line of the necessary message template.
  • In the Change template dialog box, make necessary changes and click Save template.

  • To save changes, click Save template.

To delete a message template, do the following:

  • Click Delete in the line of the necessary message template.
  • Click OK to confirm deletion.
