On the side menu, click Telephony incoming routes. This page contains settings for incoming call forwarding. When a client call any of the specified phone numbers, the system answers the call uses the script selected for this phone number.

To enable incoming call forwarding option for a phone number, you must register this phone number with Twin. For this, you need to create a request to technical support. When your request is complete, a new settings section will automatically appear on the Incoming Routes page.

To edit settings for incoming call forwarding, do the following:

 1.  On the Incoming routes page, clicknext to necessary settings section.

 2. In the dialog box, select a necessary script from the list and click Save.

As a result, your changes will be saved.
