Accessing the users page

On the side menu click Users. As a result the Users page will open.

The Users page contains a list of all users from your organization that have a registered account on the Twin platform.

For this enter the necessary value in the search field at the top of the page. The results will be displayed automatically.

 1.  Click Add new user at the top of the page.

 2.  In the Add new user to company dialog box do the following:

The Company field contains the name of your organization. You cannot change the value displayed in this field.

  • In the Last Name, First Name and Middle Name fields enter the full name of a new user.
  • In the Email field, enter the user email address.

  • In the Roles field select the necessary user role. The following roles are available:
    • Company administrator - a user who performs administrative functions such as creating and editing scripts, creating and managing call tasks, setting up telephony parameters, administering user accounts, configuring integrations with instant messengers and social networks, viewing statistics, etc.
    • Chat operator - a user who carries on communication with clients after the dialogue is transferred from the bot to the operator (for example, when a bot cannot answer the client's question).

 3.  Click Add to save changes.

  • If necessary in the Roles field add a new role for the selected user.

Logging into the administrator account of a dependent company

Чтобы перейти в личный кабинет зависимой компании (например, чтобы изменить параметры задания на обзвон или отредактировать тексты сообщений клиентских рассылок), выберите запись нужного пользователя в списке и нажмите кнопку Image Removed.

To log into the administrator account of a dependent company (for example, to change parameters of a call task or edit client message templates), choose the necessary record and click click Image Added in the respective line.

Blocking user accounts

Чтобы заблокировать пользователя, выберите нужную запись в списке и нажмите кнопку Image Removed.

Отобразится окно Заблокировать пользователя, как показано на рисунке ниже.

В поле Комментарий введите причину блокировки пользователя.

Нажмите кнопку Заблокировать.

To block a user account, choose the necessary record and click Image Added in the respective line.

A dialog box for blocking user account will open.

In the Comments field enter the reason for blocking the user account and then click Block.

Unblocking user accounts

Чтобы разблокировать пользователя, выберите нужную запись в списке и нажмите кнопку Image Removed.

В результате откроется окно Разблокировать пользователя, как показано на рисунке ниже.

В поле Комментарий введите желаемый комментарий.

Нажмите кнопку Разблокировать.

As a result the selected user account will be unblocked. The user will be able to log into their Twin account again.
