General information

Twin platform allows companies and individuals to automate communication with their clients on the basis of speech-based voice bots and text-based chat bots. Using Twin services you can create scripts for bots, manage inbound and outgoing calls, carry out online chat conversations with people and send messages to your clients via different channels like SMS, e-mail, web widgets, social networks, etc.

With Twin services you can do the following:

  • Create and edit scripts for voice bots and chat bots
  • Set up telephony configuration
  • Communicate with people in messengers and on social networks
  • View statistics for the usage of voice bots and chat bots
  • Register affiliated companies
  • Create detailed reports

Registering a Twin account

To use Twin services, you need to register a Twin account.

Providing company information

Once you are logged in to your account, a window will open where you should provide basic information about your company and details that will be used in your invoices. You can also register employees who will have access to your personal account with administrator privileges.
