On the Exception phrases page you can remove phrases from the list of popular phrases used by your clients so that the system does not use them in graphs.
To see a list of all popular phrases used by your clients, go to the Chart graphs page.
If necessary, you can export a list of popular phrases for any chat. Before you do that, on the Exception phrases page you can remove all popular phrases that you do not need. Such phrases may include:
- commands (i.e., /start, /random)
- punctuation mark
- letter
To remove a phrase from the list of popular phrases, click Add in the line for the necessary phrase.
After that click Delete.
